The composition of the Sustainability Board reflects the efforts of Intercorp to generate a three-pronged impact through our business strategy. As a Peruvian corporate group with a clear purpose, we are responsible for making sustainability our way of doing business, for the benefit of our employees, clients, suppliers and the communities where we operate.

In our role as Intercorp leaders, we are convinced that the present and the future of the Group undergoes various social and environmental challenges and opportunities , and that as senior executives we must guide its management.

Being a part of the Sustainability Committee with other Group companies has been key to generate synergies that have allowed us to develop and implement shared value projects in a short time and nationwide. We have also had a positive impact through education aimed at a new public, in partnerships with other companies, thus enhancing our relationship with more communities.

Thanks to the Sustainability Committee, we have the opportunity to collaborate together, to contribute with our knowledge from different sectors, expand our network of contacts and learn from the good practices and experiences of other Intercorp companies. This allows us to strengthen our commitment to sustainability.

The Sustainability Committee of Intercorp is a key space to share knowledge and generate synergies among the various companies of the Group.
