Dual education system
for labor market inclusion

The Dual Education System, a German educational model, combines theory at the classroom with business practices in each academic term. Under this model, a program to train pharmacy technicians was designed, training students in customer service and guidance on medical prescriptions and dispensing of medication, and in the administrative management of pharmaceutical establishments.

This initiative is targeted to low-income youths, age 18 to 25, who are provided a full scholarship at Zegel IPAE upon passing the screening process to apply, providing quality free education, in addition to a monthly grant for personal expenses. This is funded by InRetail Pharma.

The Dual Education System trains highly qualified professionals from the first term, improving their formal employment opportunities and access to competitive salaries. For 2025, 40 beneficiaries were granted scholarships.
